Jay Harris has more than 14 years of experience in television and radio news, including ESPNEWS and SportsCenter. However, he is taking a break from his endeavors to host 2011’s Dancing Tonight with the Stars!

But watch out! His favorite dance is the running man and he will not hesitate to bust a move for MC Hammer’s “Turn This Mutha Out.” When asked who he would like to have a “dance of a lifetime” with, he immediately responded Ohio’s own “Halle Berry”. Jay is ready to Dance, Celebrate and help WrightChoice Make a Difference!

Sage Steele

SportsCenter Co-Host

Sage Steele joined ESPN in 2007 and is a co-host of ESPN’s SportsCenter. Most recently, Steele served as update host during live daytime SportsCenter editions, which debuted in August 2008. She also previously contributed to First Take and Mike & Mike in the Morning and has served as a guest co-host of ESPN2’s SportsNation.

In April 2001, Steele became the anchor for the debut of Comcast SportsNet, serving the Washington DC/Baltimore region. She anchored the flagship show SportsNite for six years and was also a beat reporter for the Baltimore Ravens from 2001-2005, hosting a magazine show for all five seasons.

LeToya Luckett

Columbus get ready to dance with R&B singer-songwriter/actress LeToya Luckett, Her tall and lean stature poses a down-to-earth stride with a genuine smile. In 1993, Luckett joined the group Destiny's Child alongside Knowles, Kelly Rowland and LaTavia Roberson. In 1998, Destiny's Child released their self-titled debut album Destiny's Child, which includes the singles "No, No, No" featuring Wyclef Jean and "With Me". In 2003, Luckett decided to pursue a solo career and began working on her debut solo album. In 2006, Luckett's debut album LeToya debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and went certified platinum. GET LUCKY AND COME DANCE WITH LETOYA!!

Terri Wright

Mother of three, wife of 12 years,successful independent contractor and the “Giant Eagle Fuel Perks Lady”, Terri Wright is doing a lot but she is taking a break to JUST DANCE.

Although line dancing is her favorite form of dance she cannot help but get up and groove to Doug E. Fresh and the Get Fresh Crew’s “The Show”. She would love to dance with Maks Chmerkovskiy from Dancing with the Stars because she loves the show, thinks he is very talented and he makes the dancers work hard and look good.

Janine Jones

Attorney at Bricker & Eckler

Attorney at Bricker & Eckler and former Senior Advisor and Deputy Legal Counsel to former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, Janine Jones is a prominent legal figure in the Columbus community and she has decided to lay aside the legal briefings to JUST DANCE!
When asked about her favorite dancer, she loves to watch the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater. Her “dance of a lifetime” would be with President Obama because she truly admires and respects him as the first African-American President of the United States.

Robbie Banks

A veteran supporter and dancer for DWTS

Robbie was recently recognized with Young Professionals Columbus' 2011 Distinguished Citizen Award, and she was named among the 2010 class of Columbus Alive’s “People to Watch.”  Banks is the young professionals manager at the Columbus Chamber.

Banks leads the facilitation, communication and implementation of the young professionals component of the Chamber-led Attract & Retain Talent initiative. Robbie is committed to our next generations of young leaders and their success here in Columbus.

James Cotton

OSU/NFL Player

James Cotton is the founder of the BUCK-ICON Foundation. The mission is to provide resources for former members of the Ohio State football program to enhance their careers on a variety of different levels and provide programs that will help them transition into professional life in Corporate America, Athletics, Society, and the Community. James graduated from OSU and in 2000, was drafted in the NFL by the Chicago Bears and played 7 years of professional football with stops in Atlanta, Buffalo, and the Canadian Football League. “When you dance with me, you will see that your donation is worth every dollar because I will come out of my humble shell and provide you with a memory that will last a lifetime for a great cause.”

Chimdi Chekwa

From OSU to Oakland Raiders…

Chimdi is a graduate of Fisher College of Business with All-Academic Big Ten honors. He is known for his moves on the grid iron as a Buckeye Cornerback, but is confident that his moves on the dance floor are even better. His favorite dance is “The Dougie”, but “Thriller” will make him bust-a-move every time. Chekwa was named first team All-American and drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the 4th round. Who is your favorite athlete? Allen Iverson – He always had an attacking mindset on game day.
No matter how old or young you are, Chimdi is ready to just dance!!

A.J. Ross

ABC6 and Fox28 General Assignment Reporter

A.J. Ross joins ABC6 and Fox28 as a general assignment reporter. Prior to moving to Columbus, A.J. has worked as a production assistant at ESPN, and as a multi-media journalist and fill-in anchor at WMBF News, the NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, SC. "My favorite dance right now is The Wobble - I hear it and I immediately jump out of my seat. But if we are talking about old songs it's hands down - Jam Tonight by Freddie Jackson.

Meet ESPN Sportscenter's Jay Harris and Sage Steele as they host the 2011 extravaganza, "Dancing Tonight with the Stars". Where R&B sing-songwriter/actress LeToya Luckett, formerly of Destiny Child ; as well as local celebrities, Robbie Banks, Janine Jones, Esq. and Teresa "The Fuel Perks Lady" Wright will auction their dancing talents to benefit WrightChoice, Inc., a local non-profit organization serving underrepresented youth with disabilities. Over the past four years "Dancing Tonight with the Stars" has proven to be an incomparable extravaganza and this year's celebration, is no exception.

The evening will also feature the stars of WrightChoice - our students - who will be in attendance to share their stories of triumph and success with the audience.
